Junior Leaders week long camps are held during the Easter and Summer holiday at selected venues. They offer 14–17 year olds a chance to make new friends and learn more about leading groups and gain recognised qualifications.

The ideal starting point for junior coaches who wish to develop their coaching skills, whilst under the direct supervision of our staff.

Junior Leaders Award Qualification – Silver Award
Gives leaders the opportunity to develop their organisation, motivation and communication skills, whilst also focusing on positive role models in sport, how to mentor other and how to use leadership skills in a variety of settings.

12 day course includes Sports Leaders L2 additional £50.00 and Pool Attendants course £40.00.
Junior Leaders Award Qualification – Gold Award
Enables successful learners to lead un-supervised groups of people in sport and recreational activities. This qualification builds upon the skills and experience gained through the Bronze and Silver awards.
